When it comes to breakfast, we all know that my heart belongs to oatmeal, but now that it's getting warmer outside, smoothies bowls might just have to take its place.
Lately, mango berry smoothie bowls have been high up on the menu. If you love mango as much as I do, then I think you'll really enjoy this one! It's simple but delicious. Check out the recipe for my Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl below!!
Mango Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe
- 1 cup of frozen mango
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
- Half a medium-sized banana, sliced (frozen)
- A handful of fresh baby spinach (Optional)
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1-2 scoops collagen powder
- 1 tsp powdered ginger or about 1/2 inch fresh ginger, sliced (Optional – feel free to add less or more, depending on your preference.)
Optional Toppings:
- Granola (my favorites at the moment are Trader Joe's almond butter granola or cashew ginger granola)
- Fresh berries or sliced banana
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. (You might need to add a little more or less milk depending on how powerful your blender is or how thick you'd like your bowl to be.)
2. Add toppings and enjoy! :)
