Hey Y'all!





Hi! My name is Anastasia, and I'm a 24-year-old Jersey girl who loves ginger tea and chocolate just a little too much. I'm working toward living my happiest and healthiest life and wanted to share my journey here with you! A little over a year ago, I graduated from Ithaca College with a B.A. in Theatre Studies, a minor in Business Administration, and an (unofficial) minor in Writing (I took a bunch of writing courses just for my own enjoyment, but they weren't the right ones for an official minor!).

I've been performing since I was a little girl and spent about 10 years in voice lessons, training in classical and musical theatre voice styles. Music is just one of many things that make my heart smile. I love to read and write; although, these days, I too often find myself scrolling through memes and poetry on Instagram rather than creating anything myself. When I'm not singing or reading, you can find me in the kitchen cooking egg, soy and peanut-free dishes or baking up some (mostly) healthy treats!

About five years ago, I began a healing journey which included major shifts in my diet and lifestyle for health issues. I went through so many different (and incorrect) diagnoses and treatments, and when my physical health was at an all-time low, it greatly affected my mental health as well. I've slowly been pulling myself out of the slump and taking my life into my own hands.

Thankfully, I've found that cutting out certain foods completely and eating others in moderation has made a huge difference in terms of how my body feels on a daily basis. I've learned to think about food in a whole new light and have whipped up some really fun recipes that I'd love to share with you! Yoga and meditation have also become part of my daily routine, as well as many other mindful practices. It's the little things here and there that can make such a huge difference in how you feel in general, so I want to share what I've learned and created along the way, as well as in my here and now, with you!

The past few years have not been met without challenges, especially in terms of my physical and mental health. But I'm not afraid, nor am I ashamed, to share my journey toward a healthy and happy life.

I hope you'll hop on board with me as I learn to navigate and adapt to this continuously evolving lifestyle while also juggling post-grad life and work, relationships, wellness practices, and well, life. I want nothing more than to continue to remind you that you are radiant no matter what!
